Structures of the new Italian headquarter of PLANZER AG (2005)

SHORT DESCRIPTION

The project involve the construction of a dock & office building, which collects several functions into a single unit.

The main block, used as garage and warehouse, spread over 3 floors (basement + 2 floors above ground) with plan dimensions 65x65m, and it’s entirely made ​​of reinforced concrete with thin monolithic slabs over drop panels.

The offices’ block  on front (65x10m) presents three floors, and is characterized by a full-height glass façade.

The structures are again in reinforced concrete with lightened attics on predalles plates, while at the glass facade they are made ​​of steel pillars.
